For more information about learning to play bocce, for free, every Thursday night just ask about our “Al Sacco”, at the front desk at the Fairfield Adult Recreation Center (Senior Center) at 1200 Harry Price Drive, Fairfield, CA. During the summer season we play at the gated outdoor courts located directly across the street from the front entrance of the Senior Center. During the winter season, we play on our indoor courts in the multi-purpose room inside the Senior Center, located at the east end of the building. A representative from the Fairfield Bocce Federation will be there to open the gates/door and instruct you on how to play bocce at 4:45pm. Play begins at 5:00pm. These lessons are every Thursday, year-round, and are free to anyone over 16 years of age. The Fairfield Bocce Federation is interested in increasing public participation of bocce in the Fairfield area, so please check out this sport.
